Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We take great pride in the quality of every KHLD Modesty piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read the below carefully so we can help you as smoothly as possible.

Your 7-Day Window

All return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made outside of this window will unfortunately not be accepted.

Item Condition

To be accepted, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging with all tags intact
  • Free from any scents, marks, makeup, or damage

Items that arrive back to us not meeting these standards will not be refunded or exchanged, and will not be returned to you.

How to Get Started

Email us at khldmodesty@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your full name, order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and your reason. We'll take it from there.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unsolicited returns may be refused upon arrival.

Return Shipping

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as items remain your responsibility until safely received and inspected by us. We do not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid labels.

Please include a note inside your parcel with your order number and full name so we can match it to your request.

Received Something Wrong or Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery at khldmodesty@gmail.com. Send us clear photos of the item and packaging along with a description of the issue. We'll review and advise on next steps — please note that claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible.

A Note on Fit & Colour

We do our best to represent every piece accurately through detailed descriptions, measurements, and photography. Variations in colour tone due to screen settings or lighting, as well as personal preferences around fit or fabric feel, do not qualify as faults and are not grounds for a free return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 10 working days for inspection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method — allow a further up to 10 working days for it to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
