Where do we ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and across Europe.
UK Orders
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express delivery: 1–2 working days (cost calculated at checkout)
- Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £80 — applied automatically at checkout
European Orders
- Delivery: 7–14 working days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
